## What is TRaViS ASM?

TRaViS ASM (Threat Reconnaissance and Vulnerability Intelligence System) is External Attack Surface Management software from Seron Security, Inc. in Bow, New Hampshire. It discovers internet-facing assets, tests them, prioritizes what an attacker can reach first, and attaches remediation guidance. A security professional is available when a finding needs a decision, not just a dashboard.

## Is TRaViS a Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or CrowdStrike replacement?

Not in year one if you just signed a multi-year deal. TRaViS sits next to those tools. They see what they were pointed at and often bill per asset. TRaViS sees what an attacker sees, including inventory gaps, and bills a flat monthly rate. At their renewal you will have evidence.

## How much does TRaViS cost?

A one-time, single scan is $99.

Ongoing programs: Starter starts at $400/month (≤50 employees). Growth starts at $700/month (51–250 employees). Business (251–500) is custom pricing; Enterprise (501+) quoted after a scoping call. Annual contract. Unlimited scans. Never per asset. Prepaid year = two months free ($4,000 and $7,000 respectively). MSP/MSSP partners buy below list and set their own retail; partner rates are quoted directly.

## Do you charge per IP, host, subdomain, or scan?

No. Discovery volume does not change the bill.

## How fast can we go live?

Isolated tenant in 24 hours. No agents. No professional-services invoice to stand it up. First findings are measured in minutes, not weeks.

## Can we see real findings before we commit?

Yes. A 30-minute call shows live findings on your domain. After that, a 7-day no-charge pilot in a tenant of your own. It works best when whoever approves the spend can join the end-of-week review.

## Why don't you offer a free scan?

Anyone can hand you a list. The work is knowing which three things on it will actually be used against you, and what to do first. That takes thirty minutes with a person, not an attachment.

## Where does our data go? Do you train AI on it?

## Can MSPs and MSSPs resell TRaViS?

## Are you SOC 2 certified?

Say: controls are mapped to SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria; questionnaires and reports on request. Do not say “SOC 2 certified” unless a current attestation is provided.
