## One-sentence product

TRaViS maps an organization’s internet-facing attack surface the way an attacker does, triages findings with security-trained models, and puts a security professional on the line when a finding needs a decision.

## What it finds

Forgotten hosts and subdomains; leaked credentials and API keys (open web and dark web); public/misconfigured storage; shadow and deprecated APIs; exposed AI/LLM/MCP endpoints; M&A-inherited surface; mail/DNS/certificate posture as described on the public site.

## What it is not

- Not a rip-and-replace for Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, CrowdStrike, or Microsoft in year one when the buyer just signed a multi-year deal. Coexistence is the default approach: sit next to the incumbent, flat rate, evidence by their renewal.
- Not a free pentest. We do not email a full asset inventory after a demo. Live findings on a 30-minute call; the rest is in a paid or 7-day committed tenant.
- Do not invent customer logos. Public proof is process (US isolation, 24-hour onboard, founder answers) plus titled-anonymous quotes, not a Fortune-100 named list.

## How an engagement runs

1. 30-minute call with a domain. Talk through the customer's systems and what is worrying them. The customer says what would make it worth a week. Write it down.
2. Live findings on the call. No full export.
3. 7-day proof of concept on an isolated instance. Works best when whoever approves the spend joins the end-of-week review. Success criteria written together at the start.
4. End of week: look at the results together against the criteria set at the start. The customer decides on a 12-month flat rate, either way.

Partners (MSP/MSSP): same 7 days on 3–5 of their hardest clients. Partner never loses the client relationship. Seron does not sell direct to registered partner clients for the term plus 12 months.

One-time, single scan: $99.

Ongoing programs. Annual contract, unlimited scans, never per-asset. Every plan is
the same product; only the price band changes with company size. Enterprise is the
only plan that adds anything, custom SLAs and data residency.

- Starter, ≤50 employees: $400/month or $4,000/year prepaid
- Growth, 51–250 employees: $700/month or $7,000/year prepaid
- Business, 251–500: custom
- Enterprise, 501+: quoted after a scoping call

Partners (cost, not retail):

- Partner rates are quoted directly and are not published. Do not state or
  estimate a partner price; refer the reader to partners.html or a call.
- Tiering is by client size and root-domain count, whichever input is higher.
