Cookie Policy

This page lists every cookie this website can set, what each one holds, and how long it lasts. It is short because the list is short. We use no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no cross-site profiling — and nothing outside the strictly necessary column is set unless you accept.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store and send back on your next visit. Related technologies — localStorage and sessionStorage — keep data in your browser without sending it anywhere. This policy covers both.

Only the first row is set without asking. travis_ab and travis_attr are set only after you press Accept, and are deleted if you later decline.

3. What we do not use

  • No advertising or retargeting cookies, and no advertising networks.
  • No third-party analytics that ship your browsing to another company. We prefer privacy-respecting, self-hosted tooling.
  • No social media pixels, no session recording, no heatmaps, no fingerprinting.
  • We do not sell or share the contents of these cookies with anyone.

4. Third parties on some pages

Two pages embed a service that may set its own cookies once you interact with it:

  • Calendly — the booking widget on the home and contact pages. If you open it, Calendly sets cookies under its own domain, governed by Calendly's privacy notice.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — the human check on the contact form, used instead of a CAPTCHA that profiles you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We cannot set or clear cookies belonging to those domains on your behalf. Declining our banner does not remove them; use your browser controls or avoid interacting with those widgets.

5. Changing your mind

You can reopen the choice at any time with the Cookie settings link, also in the footer of every page. Declining deletes travis_ab and travis_attr immediately.

Your browser can also block or delete cookies for this site directly, in Settings under Privacy. Blocking the strictly necessary entry only means we will ask you about cookies again on every visit.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because nothing non-essential is set before you consent, this site does not track you by default, whether or not you send a DNT or GPC signal.

7. Legal basis

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or the ePrivacy Directive applies, strictly necessary cookies rely on our legitimate interest in running the site, and every other cookie relies on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Where US state privacy laws apply, we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
